In September 2022, the second project meeting of the partner institutions of the Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership Project KA220-HED-000023291 took place. This time the international meeting was organised by Pannon University in Veszprém, Hungary. The meeting was attended by Mgr. Viktoria Gergelyová, PhD. and Ing. Hana Bielíková, PhD. from the Department of Tourism, Faculty of Central European Studies, Charles University in Nitra, which is the leading institution of the project. The meeting was also attended by members of partner universities, namely Turiba University (Latvia), University del Salento (Italy), University of Silesia (Czech Republic).

The main aim of the meeting was to present the project’s sub-results in the field of research and educational activities and to discuss further work. During the project meeting there were discussions, exchange of views, sharing of knowledge and exchange of experience. Currently, the TRAIN-e-HOTEL project is developing and it is clear that it is gradually meeting its objectives. The project contributes to bringing students closer to the reality of the hotel industry, to broadening their knowledge and skills and to deepening the general and professional competences needed to work in the tourism sector.
